I love helping arts organizations achieve their artistic, financial, and community-centered goals. I have been fortunate to work with a wide array of arts organizations working in dance, theater, music, festivals, grantmaking, and more.

COVID-19 Grantmaking
I partnered with the Indiana Arts Commission to help manage the distribution of $10MM in federal CARES funding to 479 Indiana arts and culture organizations.
Fundraising Strategy
I partnered with Batsheva Dance Company to develop donor tracking and segmentation strategies, analyze giving trends, and distribute the annual report.
Ticketing & Sales Data Analysis
I partnered with Indiana University Auditorium to create a ticketing sales model to inform the organization's pricing and marketing strategies.
Festival Management
I partnered with the Northside Music & Innovation Festival and the Lotus World Music Festivals for volunteer management and stage management, overseeing teams of up to 75 people.
Exhibition Development
I partnered with The Kinsey Institute to develop several traveling exhibitions. I was responsible for creating an inventory of framed works, designing museum labels, and coordinating cross-country shipment of works.
Partnership Cultivation
I partnered with The Lotus Education & Arts Foundation and collaborated with 25 partner organizations to create Lotus Blossoms, an annual youth art event for 1,500 students in South Central Indiana.
